About Benedict Café
Dylan and Amber are both passionate about their craft. After her training at Spermalie, Amber worked in various highly regarded hospitality establishments in Knokke-Heist, preparing her to start her own adventure. She did this together with Dylan, who studied at Ter Groene Poorte and worked in his parents' bakery. In the meantime, he also pursued hospitality training.
